* to manage expectations, we keep it to 1 request per day.
Any limitations?
Yes, we need to keep our platform performant and secure. Therefore, there are some limitations in place:
- Installation of custom scripts, plugins/themes is not allowed.
- Only themes & plugins from reputable vendors are allowed (at our discretion).
- Outdated plugins & themes incompatible with the latest technology (i.e. PHP 8.x) are not allowed.
- You don’t get full admin privileges, you don’t need to, as we manage all for you.
- You don’t get server access, you don’t need to, as we manage all for you.

You will still need a developer, if:
Closrr provides a hosting platform exclusively optimized for WordPress, and the tools you need to manage & run your website. However, we don’t take over certain development options for our customers. For this reason, there are a few things that fall out of scope for our Support team, such as:
- Changes to the functionality of your site’s theme and plugins (meaning, writing code).
- Migrating your site to another host.
- Configuring your website with 3rd-party services, not in close collaboration with Closrr.
